1Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, browsing or otherwise using the c444game platform at c444game.ws or any associated mobile interface, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the c444game platform.

These terms apply to all users of c444game, including registered members, guests browsing the platform, and any person participating in promotions or bonus schemes offered by c444game. Your agreement to these terms is a condition of account registration and continued platform access.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account at c444game, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. c444game does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming as offered by c444game is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify your own legal position before registering.

• You must be the true and beneficial owner of the payment methods used to deposit and withdraw funds on c444game.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

c444game reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point in order to confirm eligibility. Members who fail to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may have their accounts suspended pending verification.

3Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active c444game account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers or payment details — is a material breach of these terms. c444game employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplication is confirmed, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonus balances forfeited. Real-money balances will be reviewed case by case.

3.2 Accurate Information

All information provided during c444game registration must be accurate, current and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and any other fields requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your c444game account credentials. c444game will never ask for your password via email, SMS or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify c444game support immediately. c444game is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

3.4 Identity Verification

4Deposits and Payments

4.4 Currency

Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is your responsibility and occurs at their prevailing rate — c444game has no visibility into or control over your provider's conversion charges.

4.5 Deposit Fees

c444game charges zero fees on all deposits. Fees charged by your own bank, mobile wallet provider or card issuer are outside c444game's control and will not be reimbursed.

5Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals from c444game must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect member funds.

5.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests submitted by c444game members are processed as follows: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 5–30 minutes of request approval. Bank IBFT transfers are processed within one business day. Card withdrawals follow the card network's standard processing timeline, typically 3–5 business days.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

5.4 Withdrawal Holds

c444game may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request in the following circumstances: pending KYC verification, active bonus wagering requirement that has not been satisfied, flagged suspicious activity under AML review, or where the withdrawal method cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder. c444game will communicate the reason for any hold to the member within 24 hours.

5.5 Withdrawal Fees

c444game charges no fees on withdrawals. Any fees applied by your bank or payment provider are their own charges and are not reimbursed by c444game.

6Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

c444game offers a welcome bonus to new registered members on their first qualifying deposit. The current offer is a 100% match bonus up to Rs 50,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses at c444game are available to verified members who meet the minimum deposit threshold specified in the individual promotion. Members who have self-excluded, members whose accounts are under review, and members who have exceeded the allowed number of active bonuses are not eligible for further bonus allocation until the relevant restriction is lifted.

6.3 Wagering Requirements

All c444game bonuses carry wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, wagering requirements apply to real-money bets only. 6.4 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is confirmed, c444game reserves the right to void all associated bonus balances and winnings without prior notice.

6.5 Changes to Promotions

c444game reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication. Bonuses already credited to member accounts are governed by the terms in place at the time of crediting.

7Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available at c444game — whether RNG-based or live dealer — are operated in accordance with independently certified procedures. RNG game outcomes are produced by cryptographically secure random number generators certified by accredited testing laboratories. Live casino results are produced by physical dealing and spinning in professionally managed, audited studios. c444game does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the stated theoretical house edge.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Each game at c444game has a stated minimum and maximum bet limit, displayed within the game interface. c444game reserves the right to adjust individual bet limits at any time. Bet limits for active games remain valid for the duration of the session in which they were displayed to the player.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during any game session at c444game, the outcome of the affected round may be voided and bets returned to the member's account. c444game will investigate and communicate the resolution within 72 hours of the malfunction being reported. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a standard principle applied across all c444game game categories.

7.4 Disconnection

In live casino games where a bet has been placed prior to disconnection, the game proceeds and the result is recorded. Winnings from a completed round during disconnection are credited to the c444game account automatically on reconnection.

8Sports Betting Terms

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All sports bets placed at c444game are subject to acceptance at the time of placement. c444game reserves the right to decline any bet, limit the maximum stake on any selection, or void bets placed after the outcome of the event is known (palpable error). Confirmation of bet placement is displayed in the c444game bet slip.

8.2 Odds Changes

Odds displayed on the c444game sportsbook are updated in real time and may change between the time you select an outcome and the time your bet is confirmed. Where odds change before confirmation, c444game will notify you and allow you to accept or decline the new odds.

8.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled before it begins, all bets on that event are voided and stakes are returned to member accounts. If an event is postponed, standard industry rules apply: bets stand if the event takes place within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time. Beyond 24 hours, bets are voided and stakes returned.

8.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets at c444game are accepted subject to the real-time odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. c444game reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time during an event. Bets confirmed before a suspension are honoured.

8.5 Maximum Winnings

c444game applies a maximum single-event payout of Rs 5,000,000 for sports betting, regardless of stake and odds. Accumulator payouts are subject to the same limit applied to the total accumulator outcome rather than each individual selection.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c444game platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one c444game account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools of any kind to interact with the c444game platform, including for the purpose of placing bets, claiming bonuses or exploiting technical vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to access or exploit any bug, error or unintended feature in any c444game game or system. Any discovered vulnerabilities must be reported to support immediately — exploiting them will result in account closure.
• Participating in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in Poker or coordinated wagering to exploit bonus structures.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment methods or unauthorised account access.
• Using the c444game platform in connection with any money laundering activity.
• Attempting to charge back any deposit made to c444game. Chargeback claims are treated as fraud and result in immediate account closure and reporting to the relevant financial authorities.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing c444game staff or other members through any communication channel.

10Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by Member

c444game members may close their account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled normally and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the member's verified payment method within 5 business days.

10.2 Closure by c444game

c444game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where these Terms and Conditions have been breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected, where verification cannot be completed, or where required by any applicable legal obligation. In cases of proven breach, bonus balances and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money deposits are returned where legally permissible.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

A c444game account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit or bet). Dormant accounts may have their balance reduced by an administration fee of Rs 100 per month after the dormancy period begins. Members will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Account reactivation is possible at any time by logging in.

11Responsible Gaming

13Intellectual Property

No part of the c444game platform may be reproduced, redistributed, resold or used for commercial purposes without the express written permission of c444game.

Members are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the c444game platform for their own non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, copy, decompile or reverse-engineer any element of the c444game platform.

14Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c444game's total liability to any member in connection with use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim. c444game is not liable for:

• Any loss of anticipated winnings or profits.
• Any loss caused by internet connectivity issues, device failure or third-party service interruptions outside c444game's control.
• Any indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
• Any loss resulting from a member's failure to secure their c444game account credentials.

Nothing in these terms limits c444game's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15Amendments to These Terms

c444game reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — those that affect member rights, bonus structures or payment processes — will be communicated to registered members via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Non-material updates (clarifications, typographical corrections, minor rewordings) may be published immediately without advance notice.

The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the current version came into force. It is the member's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the c444game platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept any revision, you must stop using c444game and may close your account in accordance with section 10.1.
